Able to login on the website not on the app
Slow answer, you have to restart all the time the chat because if you close it you have to do everything again
I’ve been used a different insurance agencies and when you submit claims just upload photos, doesn’t need to filling any numbers information because app it works itself. This’s annoying filling too many information numbers.
I love this insurance But can we add our card into wallet in our phone to make it easier? Thanks
Has to be one of the most frustrating apps ever. The document upload file size limit is 2MB. In this day and age, why is the limit so small ? So ridiculous honestly
So its just a image of your card and not digital card. You have to carry physical card always.
You would never log in to the app. Wasting time.
Barely working. Can't choose audio/video call or chat when requesting for a GP but the price difference is $38 compared to $10. Please fix it Medibank, so many students depend on you and this service for their health and well-being.
As above, one year waiting time finally fix up !
