Horrible experience
Instead of fixing bug in app to not to allow more than 6 members, they have blocked thousands of customers. No warning, no errors reported by app. Straight block. Pathetic experience.

Change in terms and conditions without prior intimation to customer
I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Medibuddy and its recent handling of terms and conditions changes. I had subscribed to a two-year plan that promised unlimited consultations. However, without any prior intimation, Medibuddy changed their terms and conditions midway through my subscription. Recently, my account was deactivated with the explanation that I had exceeded six consultations. This was never part of the original terms and conditions when I signed up. The sudden change, without any notification, is not only unprofessional but also highly unethical. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer support for assistance, I was met with rude and arrogant responses. The feedback team was unhelpful and dismissive, offering no resolution or clarity on the matter. This level of customer service is unacceptable and adds to the frustration of an already bad experience. As a paying customer, I feel cheated and let down by Medibuddy's lack of transparency and poor customer support. I urge potential customers to think twice before subscribing to their services, as the company does not honor its commitments and fails to provide adequate support when issues arise. Medibuddy needs to address these issues urgently, improve their communication with customers, and train their support team to handle complaints more professionally. Until then, I cannot recommend this app to anyone looking for reliable healthcare services.
