App is not working
Always crashing
Despite this app being here on iOS store for more than couple of years they have not been able to fix the crashing issue. It is completely useless.
Very poor login process
This is worst app I ever seen. I have tried multiple time for login. Even though I have membership I am unable to register my account. If you guys can’t provide the services then please don’t try to market the things

The app always crashes on ios. Tried to login via all methods like OTP, mpin and password. But it just always keeps crashing. Very disappointed.
Worst experience
The application experience is as worst as their services. Neither they service member nor their application works. Both complement each other. Total waste of money.

Poor experience, Never recommended
Bajaj housing finance forced to buy this stupid service. Dr never respond and cancels the appointments without prior information. There is no option to choose a doctor neither they show doctor’s profile. You never know if the other person is actual Dr or some helper. App experience is hell.. every time you tap, it shows loading screen for long time, even if switching tabs.
