Keeps closing
One star as I can’t get it to open on my iPhone The AP keeps immediately closing as soon as I try to open it. Tried all troubleshooting to no avail. Beyond frustrating

This app is terrible. Glitchy, slow, does not remember login, impossible to get it to show you any meaningful information. This app and the website will make me change insurers
So terrible. What part of me selecting “remember me and this device” and “don’t prompt security code again” don’t yall understand? Huge song and dance required every single time I need to login. Absolutely terrible app
I just downloaded the app because I just started a new job and am now covered by Medica. I can’t even open the app, it just crashes!
I am covered under my moms Medica plan but just received my own. Everytime I sign in to Medica it keeps showing up my moms plan when I just got my own plan and am trying to sign into it. I contacted support and they helped me log into the system but it still shows up my moms Medica plan instead of mine. Don’t recommended the app but the insurance is great ….. they have some work to do. Hopefully software engineers are involved … a lot of insurance companies have way better apps then these ….
I’ve had insurance for 3 months and every time I go to make a payment it shows no payment necessary. Also, the external link to the payment site does not work. I get a blank screen. Please fix these issues!
App just does not work. Plus, the 2FA is a pain to actually work as well
It’s got placeholders for different handy features but they don’t actually work. Needs a lot of attention. Better to just use the website (which also doesn’t work well).
Unable to use the app since the log in fails.
App is difficult to use as it requires a typed in password every time. Enabling Face ID is a farce and the app still requires you to type your password every time. What a terrible customer experience.
