I find myself being more peaceful and grateful. My sleep has improved. And I am much happier!

I tried this app during a very stressful time in my life and have found it very useful to calm me and help me sleep. I appreciate that some of the app is available free and can be used off line when I need it! I have tried many meditation apps but this is by fast the one I prefer 🙏🏻❣️ The many options are welcomed to fit how I am feeling or needing at a certain moment. I also love the live meditations that are now being offered. Finally, the price is very affordable so I can keep on enjoying it. Thank you sooo much Michael!

.I have found that this app has all that I had hoped for and much more. Very easy to use and an excellent way to keep track of your past meditations with an ever expanding library of meditation mantras and very appropriate music supplements.

Très intéressante application, qui contient des éléments pour chacune des situations que l’on peut vivre. Je n’ai jamais fait de méditation mais cette application (et la voix de Michael) m’ont grandement aidée à relaxer. Je recommande fortement ! 🙏
