Meditation Nest

i love this app, and the meditation is amazing! by having the ability to add background sounds to the guided meditations (eg rain and fire) makes the whole experience more relaxing. the reason why i hadn’t given the rating 5 stars is because everything costs money to unlock and can become quite frustrating at times.

This is a great app. Although some sounds and meditation is locked there is a huge variety! This is such a great app and ver atheistic app

I’ve tried so many apps and videos and none of them worked for me and I gave up until I stumbled upon this app and ever since I’ve downloaded it it has changed my life for the better I learnt how to focus more, get better sleep and balance the pain and everything worked for me and it may not work for you but it sure does for me and I will bet any money that it works for you. It is so simple and so fast. The only thing I would change about the app is the sleep sounds and stories but everything else is perfect

Omg, when im playing a game and I see this add I go “UGHHH go away” so after I decided to download it and try the app,I was shook. I would never think it would be this amazing, 😉 the first session was so spectacular and zen, the voice of the Lady was just so soothing and she gives very detailed instructions and tells a short story about ppl don’t breath normal.😊

This app is just so ridiculously overpriced!! What average person can afford $26.50 a month on an app?!? It’s just too much!

I am 9 and I have been to so many therapies trying to cope with my anxiety and when I downloaded this app I was so relieved that I didn’t have to pay or enter a password and tomorrow I am going to tell all my friends about it because it is amazing

I want to talk about the things I like about this app, however the fact that I have been trying to fall asleep and hear fatphobic rhetoric (not once but TWICE so far in the sleep stories I have been listening to) in “Rear Light” the fat person is described in a typical “nasty fat person” way and hearing this about people’s bodies is the last thing to make me relax. Hearing these sorts of things when you’re trying to sleep is uncomfortable and gross.

I love this app I use it every night and I get to sleep in like five minutes if not 2 minutes it is so so amazing 😉 please download if you are have a bad day or bad night peace ✌️

This app relaxed me so much from all my problems, thank god this app exists. ♡
