Need help to fix this please, it won’t open, just flashes than closes, this has always worked snd now nothing

I can’t seem to find the remaining balance on this card on this site. Makes it difficult to gauge future purchases.

Challenging web sites, apps, overly complicated, locking me out, phone system nonsense, then talk to an Expressscripts rep who says I have to call medical mutual. Can’t login.

App is full of bugs. Crashes randomly. Poor user experience. Higher expectations from a large company.

New update is great!

The only thing that operated was my ID cards all other options would show errors.

I am new to MedMutual and was told that their customer service was good and now that I am utilizing their services I can tell you that everything I had heard was absolutely correct. The Customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced.

Login button is greyed out! Cannot login !! No matter what I do uninstall reinstall…..nothing works! I am using the same login information as I do for pc. Can login to web browser no problem..app on the other hand doesn’t work!

The app has a tendency to lag while attempting to load claims summaries. Otherwise, not a bad app.
