MedTracker is a complexity free application that records the dates and times over-the-counter or prescription medications have been taken.
For someone taking prescription medications it’s not uncommon to miss the correct time to take the medication. MedTracker tracks the actual time medication was taken in a single view, using the simple Take Now button. With the optional notifications turned on, MedTracker will determine the time to take the next dose and notify you on your device. MedTracker provides an option to require input of the actual quantity taken when the Take Now button is tapped.
Families with multiple children will appreciate MedTrackers ability to keep track of multiple medications for multiple people and easily see when medications should be taken. For the busy parent, consumption history can be added or modified after the fact.
All of us, with busy life's, take a pill and then sometime later can't remember exactly when or if we took it. It’s typical to ask the question, "When did I take that aspirin?", or "Did I take my vitamins today?" By adding the simple step of pressing one button in the front view of MedTracker it becomes clear when the medication was taken and when the next dose should be taken.

MedTracker FAQ
Is MedTracker free?
Yes, MedTracker is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is MedTracker legit?
🤔 The MedTracker app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
Was relying on this app, then one day it popped up a message saying I must play through the ads to use the app. The ad it wanted me to watch first was a bitcoin ad! I deleted the app straight away and will have to use a different one to manage my medication.
Helpful
A really good app while I was recovering post hospital and dealing with chronic pain - a lot of medications to help me get back to my old self.
-wish their was an Apple Watch option for reminders
- and an PRN med option so the med doesn’t keep buzzing/reminding you don’t need it.
Overall a great free app. Recommend
Can't save a new medicine
I can't create and save a new medicine, this started after the 24/6 upgrade and it wasn't fixed in the 7/7 upgrade.
PLEASE, Can this be fixed as soon as possible?
Simple but effective
Has been great, that is until I tried to set a time that I needed to take a tablet and it crashed now every time I open it, it crashes immediately. I don't want to lose my data, please fix!!!
I thought it was good...
Terrible! I chose it for it's simplicity. Turns out it was unstable (keeps flicking out), has no option to remove annoying advertisements (I don't mind paying to remove ads). I deleted it within a few minutes. What a waste of time and space!
Ms
This is such a useful app - I have found it has really helped me manage my medications during my cancer treatment and I have recommended it to other patients. I put it on my iPad and iPhone, but I think it's better to just have one or the other so you know your info is up to date. Has also been good to check back to see when you last took something - I take it to all my medical appointments. Thanks for an app I never thought I would need, it has made a difficult situation more manageable.
It helped me a lot!
It helped a lot, it could be better though. Thanks to this app I am barely ever worried about overdosing because I can check to see when the last time I took my medicine was. I wish that it had the option to put “as needed” or “daily” on some medications though because some of my medications i need to take as needed but this app assumes that all of my medications are taken daily.
the best I have tried
this is definitely the best medicine tracker that I have found. I only wish that it could also be live online. so that I could have Med Tracker and use it effectively on two separate devices.
Amazing
Only app that did what I was looking for. I wanted to just press a button to track time of kids medicine so I can quickly see if they can take again later. I don’t know why no other app could do this you had to punch in times etc. this was easy and quick. Multiple medicines multiple kids at once.
Simple = perfect
Just enough to get the job done and it does that well.
Finally, an app developer who understands - simple is best.
Not a lot of fluff.
Great job. Thank you.
Tell me how to donate.
