Wants me to update app but no update and won’t show qr code . Won’t show rewards

Entered my details and quickly received a good number of quotes back. Now insured through one of these companies, saving over £100 on my regular renewal cost. Thanks.

Seems to be rather useless these days as when you change from car to energy it asks to sign in which I do which takes you back to car insurance - not sure what the point is that you can never get to other items to compare?

Is anyone else having an issue with getting Caffè Nero rewards? The app keeps asking me to update but there is no update I can see in the App Store. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app - still the same banner asking me to update? Apart from this one issue the savings I’ve made over the years have been amazing.

Trying to get a voucher but it will not work

Why have you moved from this front end app that moves to a website experience???? It’s a terrible experience from a user. Having to login multiple times and go around in circles. Having compare for years you are making move to competitors with this really poor exp

If the account is set up in your name, you can’t get car insurance quotes for other family members, like child or partner, because it assumes you are the main driver.

4 times tried to use a code in Nero and the app just spins saying I need an internet connection. All tested and internet working fine but QR codes don’t appear. Ended up paying full price because the queue was getting huge waiting for the app to load a code

Tried to use my 25% off code at Cafe Nero, but the app was stuck refreshing on the code generator. Restarting app didn’t solve problem. Data connection working fine. All app permissions enabled, just doesn’t work. Has worked previously few months ago at same cafe.

Often logs you out…just when you’re about to redeem a voucher Often get to the front of the queue at nero and the QR code won’t display, even after killing the app. Pretty decent otherwise.
