This company is a scam. They elevate electricity cost at the users expense and profit off helpless people that are forced to use their service by the estate.

Stupid App, you can do better than this nonsense
Probably the worst app which has ever been approved for the App Store. Nothing but an unoptimized mobile site wrapped into an app. Minimal info. Less than minimal features. Can’t even save a password for future logins
You are about to get robbed your hard earned money and experience the worst customer service. They don’t care about their customers BTW!!!
Never ending billing issues, inaccurate meter readings, clumsy payments when trying to “top-up” a wallet online or via app. When reaching out to Meerkat, e-mails are ignored. Avoid Balwin complexes that use this supplier at all cost - unless you want to pay a lot of money every month in utilities and never get any of that money back when you raise these corrupt issues.
This app is extremely poor, it seems like it was built by amateurs. Have to login after every session or transaction, the usage data is not real time as they claim to be, which leads to a lot of billing issues. Navigating the pages is extremely difficult and going back 1 step takes your right to the beginning which is frustrating. The data policies are unclear and get very uneasy on whether payment data is actually safe.
Everything about this company is useless I’ll leave it there
This app is absolutely poor. Firstly you have to log in every time you launch it with no options to save passwords etc, which is an absolute frustration. Secondly it seems like this app is drawing in their website since the graphs are not mobile friendly. The UI itself is poor and the overall experience is way below par. Stss was a much better app than this, sad that Polofields are now going backwards rather than forwards
