App crashes always.

Pichakuntla app…. Not even letting me login

I tried to update my DL address as I had moved houses. The App would let me fill all details and when I click the proceed button, I get a message stating no data found with given inputs or Request ID already exist. When I cross check my DL on the RTA website, it throws up all relevant information. The App is half baked and perhaps doesn’t support iOS at all. Just wasted too much time on a dysfunctional app.

Trying to renew license but DOB Unable to edit taking current date.This problem is for IPHONE IOS.

One of the worst apps that i have seen. I am trying to apply for renewal of my driving licence but unable to provide date of birth. It does not display anything to select neither it gives the option to manually type.

Almost all services under this app are down. Waste of time.

Hi, The app is looking great, but I am not able to fill my date of birth, no keyboard is popped up when I tapped on date of birth field.Rest of the App looking great!

I had applied for my DL renewal, all went smooth and got the confirmation that the license has been renewed, however, it is almost more than 6 months I did not received my DL hard copy, I tried sending mails to the address provided, getting a response to contact on land line numbers, those numbers are out of order, pathetic service!!, I would recommend to go and visit the RTO office instead of online service!

It shut downs automatically when try to update something.

The app is most useful for senior citizens like me ( I am 68 yrs old age) if the app is updated frequently as the app is not working many times. The app is going back after filling the information under the above title. It happens many times. Request mail sent to the support team has no response. Request to look into for setting right the issue at the earliest.
