Not more than 5 minutes after creating account the app has failed and I cannot connect to the app or web interface Probably stole my identity

The app is great, it functions as it should and there aren't any premium memberships that limit who you can message and talk with. It's an app that finds a love interest without the intention of gaining money outside of advertisements. Other than that, the only other issue with this app is the awkward controls, plain interfaces and limited search options. If we can search for who is online, who lives in a specified area, add a bit more colour and flare to the interfaces, I can see this being a really good app and a lot of people using this to find love. Keep working on this and it'll be perfect for everyone to use.

I can’t send messages even with WiFi and my data on help please ! It keeps saying message not sent

When I try posting a pic of me it tells me I’m to young to sign up 😓 uhh what’s the age requirement? cuz I’m 25!

In the last six months, the app was able to send and receive messages for a total of seven days. This is why there are very few new women coming on here because they realize they can’t send or receive messages. I have reported this so many times. It never gets fixed permanently.

I’m not sure why but when I signed up I was able to send and receive messages, now I can’t do either, the app needs to be rebooted or something on there end so it can be fixed, so many people i want to write to and I can’t, from reading the profiles a lot of people are having the same issues, I really like this app but with IT’s issues i don’t know if I can stay on there.
