iPad air使用していますがアプリ立ち上げてすぐに強制終了します。早く直していただきたいです。

This free introductory app introduces the child to the Numberblocks and helps develop their counting skills.
Each Numberblock has its number of Numberblobs to count, the child has to tap on the Numberblobs to count them and when they have all been counted, a video clip plays the Numberblocks song.
Tapping on the Numberblock will trigger them to say one of their catchphrases and changes their shape.
Additional Numberblocks will be added to the app when they are aired on TV.
This app does not contain any in-app purchases or involuntary adverts.

子供が大ファンです！
以前は去年の初め頃このアプリを使おうとしたら起動する度に落ちて使えず、何度かダウンロードし直したりしていたら去年の終わり頃試しにもう一度ダウンロードしてみたら使えるようになっていました！ 運営の方々、改善して頂き本当にありがとうございます。 numberblocksは6歳の子供がYouTubeで毎日見ているほどの大ファンで公式のぬいぐるみやブロックも持っている程です。(fiveのぬいぐるみが欲しいのに売っていないと泣いていますが) おかげさまで既に英語で算数しています。(日本語ではできない) このアプリはカウントするだけのようですが、キャラの歌が流れるのでとても喜んでいます。 色も綺麗ですし、キャラも歌もかわいいし、数字とリスニングの勉強になるので役立つアプリNo.1だと思っています。 興味を持つかどうかは子供次第ですが、とてもおすすめしたいアプリです。

アプリを開こうとするとおちます
アプリ開けず
アプリダウンロード後、開こうとすると「Welcome to M…」と始まりかけたところでブツッとアプリ落ちる。何回やっても同じ。削除した。
早く直して下さい！
子どもが動画のナンバーブロックスにはまっているため、こちらをダウンロードしましたが、開こうとすると、強制的におちます。iPhone内のデータを消したり、アプリの再ダウンロード、iPhoneの再起動等、いろいろ試しましたが、効果なく。 アプリが2年前の更新で止まってるから？ 何とかしていただけるとありがたいです。
21以降がない
このゲーム楽しいけど… 20までで 21以降がない
すぐ落ちる！
iPad Air5でダウンロードしましたが、起動後すぐに落ちて、一度も使えません。 子どもがナンバーブロックス好きなので、使えるように改善して欲しいです！！
