Meeting Mapper

The text features might be ok but the drawing/whiteboard feature lags so much that its unusable.

The most recent update of this program resolved all of the Date/Time issues along with the Data saving issues. This program is one of the best meeting managers on the market. I use it daily to keep track of all my teams and projects. I have to also pass my compliments onto the development team and management who responded quickly and personally to a problem I was having. They are an excellent example of what true customer service should be!

This program has a wonderful concept but lacks a user-friendly interface. When I downloaded this program I was looking for a tool that would print out the meeting minutes. While this program will do that, It will put things in the minutes that I do not want my attendees to see. For example, It will show in the minutes that one of my participants was distracted. The other issue I have with the program is the interface. It's quite difficult to switch from notes, to adding action items, and back. My meetings are fast-paced. Inputting the information into this program is simply too slow. This program only accounts for meetings with one subject. Many of my meetings cover a plethora of subjects. For this to work I would have to create a new meeting for every subject. For one or two day meetings, where many subjects are discussed, but one action item list is developed, this program simply will not work. The program also does not integrate well with the address book and enterprise servers. I would love to pull information directly from the enterprise server, but instead I have to save the contact to my address book from the enterprise server, then add that contact to the meeting, and if I would like to get any good information from the analysis of the program I have to add that contact into the program Finally, I do not like the way this program stores past meetings. It appears that all meetings are stored in one list. I cannot organize them in folders by subject. I highly look forward to the next update. I suspect that many of these issues will be solved. I hate to write this program off as not useful, bur for me at this time it does not work. I do not believe the program is worth the cost. I would recommend using a simpler note taking program until such updates come to market.

This app has some nice features and is easy to use. Only one thing is missing. The ability to record voice notes.

Being able to visualize and categorize virtual meetings adds a key ingredient up to now missing from the virtual meeting experience. And with increased reliance on this medium Meeting Mapper is invaluable.

This app is a must have for anyone who attends a lot of meetings and needs to keep track of the "who, what, when, and why" for those meetings!

this apps is great for getting all the information I need out of my sales meetings. I can review the PDF that is created to brainstorm ideas with the sales team to close deals. The best feature is I can email the detailed meeting report to my sales manager from the app and no more calls from him asking how the meeting went. He's made it a mandatory app for all his reps.
