Same device, same credentials, but cannot be used from abroad. Sorry, but it's a fact that Meezan's local bank and technical support are somewhat pathetic services.

Installed and reinstalled multiple times but app doesn’t work. As it opens the Meezan bank logo fades out and the white screen gets stuck forever.

I have RDA account and there is no option to receive OTP by email ( only SMS & Call ) and i am living abroad how come i will receive the OTP by call or SMS? When i complained about this issue they open the case in mid of march and today is 11 April 2025 and the issue haven’t solved yet! I dont understand why it is not taking that much long! So shall i wait whole this time to use the bank? This bank was not like that it was perfect few years back.

I live in German over the past 3 years and it has been a great pain to login to the web portal on iOS to make any transfer. I gave this app a chance and it worked like a charm. All the verification steps happened smoothly as well. Now I hope NADRA learns something from them and make a good app for passport/ID card renewal for overseas Pakistanis. 👍

I am living outside Pakistan. The app tells me to verify first with OTP and then with CNIC and when I upload pictures of CNIC it says that the CNIC is invalid although my CNIC is valid till 2029.

I have capital and small letters in my user name and the app automatically converts it to lower case which cause login to always fail

Coz of their enabling location option

I am putting my original id card from iphone camera and still they’re saying click picture of valid CNIC. And no one is responding from complaints cell
