They will post picture of an item and it is not the item you receive. This will cause you to pay more than it is worth. A crappy site
Misrepresentation of items
Beware item are not what you expect. Names and brands are misrepresented
New app or format
I have been buying items for a few years and this new app sucks! It was much easier before to click and register. Now everytime you go out you have to log in again! Also with the new page lot option when I set to 96 and go from page 1 to 2 it misses anywhere from 7-10 items each page turn! Not good!
Shipping
Only 4 star, due to the shipping it takes a very long time after auction is over , I live in SK
Ratings are very misleading 5/5 new in box is actually dirty AF, very used without box.
Worst online experience of my life. Images you bid on are just new file photos, not the actual part. Im discusted. Shame on you weiner.
Illegal to keep my CC on file
They won’t allow you to delete your profile and won’t allow me to remove/delete my credit card on file which is illegal. I didn’t bid on anything or owe anything was just checking out the app and made my profile

Do yourself a favor and don’t deal With these people worst customer service I have ever seen. Pictures in auction they told me don’t mean anything received item totally different than pictured which seems strange for an online only auction? Tried to get it rectified to be told sorry we are not allowed to let you talk to a manager? Like what the? Who operates a business like this! Just do your homework with this crappy place.
Poor communication poor customer service
No clear location to pick up items. Website needs work . I had a item that was sent to Calgary and wasn’t given a address to pick it up. Options I received was to lose 30% of my money on the item Or pay storage fees until they can get it back to Edmonton. Contacted customer service with no response as of yet. They are moving again in the next 2 weeks. Use with caution
