As the support chat is not working properly can I get an alternative of it? I am from India btw I don’t know if its happening to other player but the agent don’t show up in the chat even after waiting for hours and hours and it’s been a year or so that this thing still persist and I have still not been able to recover it. The city name is Raveryn (54). I hope this thing get fix as soon as possible and I am able to recover my city.

I have been playing this game for a very long time. After these recent updates, the game has become boring and it has become more towards doing missions and getting stuff to build other stuff rather than creativity and free flow. I miss those themed monthly missions with new buildings. I also miss those themed lucky draws with themed buildings and other useful things. It’s just becoming unnecessarily hard and frustrating to play and build.
They update and change things so often - makes all the flow in the game go away - and most updates are there to make it more money generating for the developers as you are forced to purchase packs. The game was nice and fun till the updates spoil your mood and then you will quit
This was one of my most favourite city building sim. I liked many thing but I hated some. I have written that paragraph above in past tense because of a recent update which ruined everything. It has become a bigger of a grind to get assets to build many things. Many buildings constructed in the past have been reverted to their foundation stage and many still work. Some buildings, like the international terminal, don’t even work. It has become easier to construct railway sections. However the rail and sleeper assets which were accumulated, are now useless. Many buildings such as ring road Transport hubs and railway stations are now only unlocked after reaching different levels, which makes it confusing. The only good thing from this update is that it has become easier to construct the underwater tunnel to business island. This update was carelessly developed and released. Please fix it immediately. Thank you.
I updated the game twice from yesterday and as said in update the rail will require wood and iron for construction, my game is still using sleeper and rail for construction. Also the main location buildings which have all the construction materials present but still -“ complete the construction “ button doesn’t work . I want to ask to dev that how even after updating my game it is still running on old update ?
Tried to troubleshooting the game but nothing neither technical staff works on the issue that rebars which are gained by airplane are not getting acknowledged by itself I am facing lags after this update This issue came after this update

The concept of building whole city is good but the UI is really bad , I didn’t know when and where to navigate to , should have worked on UI before releasing also , not good , such a waste of a good concept
