With the “My konrad” app for iOS you can easily find a konrad bike, cargo bike or e-cargo bike at the stations in Konstanz, hop on and start cycling straight away - around the clock, all with your smartphone! The app simplifies borrowing and returning and always shows you the available Konrad bikes in your area.

Ich nutze Konrad seit Jahren und kann mir nur noch mehr Stationen wünschen! Super Manchmal gibt es einige nicht so schöne Mängel wie Sattel die sich voll mit Wasser gesogen haben.

Verleih klappt gut aber unübersichtliche App
Ich habe mir heute die neue App aufgrund des neuen Anbieters geholt. Auf den ersten Blick hat mir die vorherige App besser gefallen, da man nach Fahrrad Typen direkt suchen konnte (normales Fahrrad, Lastenrad, E-Lastenrad usw.). Das fehlt mir in der neuen App komplett!! Es ist nicht ersichtlich wo sich Lastenfahrräder befinden, sehr schade wenn der Anbieter wechselt und dann alles komplizierter und unübersichtlicher ist 🥺
Fahrten mit Stop
Hab heute das erste mal die App benutzt und bin auf die Reichenau gefahren. Ausgesehen davon dass die Räder natürlich eher für den Stadtverkehr und dadurch schwer sind war es alles richtig super. Die App geht leicht zu installieren und man kann sofort das Rad mitnehmen. Da man das Rad nicht an Orten abstellen darf wo keine Station ist wurden mir erst 20€ strafgebühr berechnet. Diese wurden mir aber wieder erstattet als ich das Rad am Ende des Tages in der Station zurückgegeben hab. Also wirklich super Sache! ☺️

Konrad ist die einfachste und zuverlässigste letzte Meile in Konstanz. Danke für dieses hervorragende Angebot Stadtwerke Konstanz. Super finde ich ich dass nun alle Räder an allen Stationen abgegeben werden können. Weiter so.
