This box is and I use this word lightly horrible The items are crappy the cube broke before I turned it and I didn’t get all the items where are HALF my items I figured you had a lot of time to think about it because my box took 2 months to arrive only to arrive broken and crappy I like Vsause but this box was the worst purchase I made I 2023

It was fun at first but then it switched to mell chemistry and I didn’t get the boxes even though you said they came😕

The system is not intuitive

I love all the kits , it’s so fun

The app is fine, but the set doesn’t come with anything you need in order to do some of the experiments 😕 MEL is junk.

Got the kit. Downloaded the app on our family iPad and clicked the experience by we got. Immediately asked to sign in. We don’t have email on this iPad because multiple people use it. Ask support if there’s some way other than email to sign in. Support resets my password—which I didn’t ask for but also tells me I don’t need to sign in. I point out I didn’t ask for this and it still doesn’t fix my issue of signing in. I ask if there’s a different subscription required because it’s not clear, and ask where the QR code is that other customers have mentioned, and in include a screenshot showing me being asked to sign in. Support responds that I don’t need to sign in and ignores the screenshot. If this experience is anything like the experiments, done.

I love the app and all I’ve done is a fire snake and I love it already! 🐍

The system is pretty good l, has lots of info and the experiments are really good. However, at least one of the kit experiments is not present in the app, specifically the first one, the foam lava one. This was an odd omission. Otherwise, provides a good intro to chemistry. Regarding the system as a whole, it might be useful if each experiment could provide a little more detail on the formulae behind what’s going on, along with just showing the compound notations, but that’s a minor refinement.
