To think an International Casino & Resort chain would have funding for something as menial as this. Here are a few reasons why the app is so problematic: 1. UNBEARABLY SLOW 2. Successfully reserving an item for giveaway feels like trying to win a Grand Jackpot in itself. Why? Because it is so damn difficult! Something will always go wrong with the app rendering you unable to reserve an item for giveaway. And their excuse? Network traffic. A lot of people trying to login to the app and reserve at the same time. Another lame excuse that they do not intend to fix that. 3. Menu prices on establishments are out dated. So yes, you’re basically dealing with outdated info.

Always got the notification late for the giveaways so there's no way i could reserve. Also took so long sometimes to show the points on my account. I lost 5k points power up coz my points wasn't credited in my account before 6am cut off. And melco people can't do anything about it to honor it? unbelievable!!!

You’re encouraging your members to use your app yet, (and ironically), the app is not working so well. We keep encountering errors and the QR codes are not being read by your different merchants. Fix this recurring problem please.

Does not work in iphone IOS 14.6. Cannot log in…

This app uses too much phone memory and resources. When opening this app, everything else lags even the home button stops working for a while. Had no issues before the recent update if there’s any.

Cannot login using Iphone SE 2020. Numeric keypad in Input Member ID screen is not working.
