Some of this material may be screenshots of sexualized scenes from adult television shows. Other material might be present, which is not fit for children or objectionable in some way. What you need is a “kids mode“ where sexual content and other content not fit for children would simply be filtered out and but still very large repertoire of suitable memes would be available to kids. It would not be hard at all to give each meme a rating like a movie from E or G, to PG, to PG-13, etc..
