Noticeable improvement to former site. Easy access to all parts of site and easy to navigate once you become familiar with the layout and navigation process. The real test will come once we commence JCCV membership renewal. I rated 4 out of 5 star rating as there is always room for improvement.

Nice app but you can’t restrict registrations to events to members and secondary members. On the app a member can just add any guests they like which on the website is limited to them plus chosen secondary members.

App generally works fine, but notifications are a disaster. Chats don’t mark as read even after reading them multiple times. Notifications arrive but then disappear 2 seconds later and can’t be found in the Notification Centre on iOS. In general it’s just very difficult to stay up to date with chats wi try on the app.

The latest update has made the app take about a minute to launch, and while it’s loading it totally locks my iPhone 13 up.

Really happy with this website works well , and i use it a lot.

Member Jungle is the worst app I’ve ever encountered. So many problems, so often. Bad bad bad!

I think that there should be the option to have a chat room for individual events so we can talk about that event. We should also be able to start new threads for specific questions or debates, this would be to stop comments getting lost in the main thread which is very often the case. The old app had these options and I don’t understand why the new one doesn’t.

The latest MJ update has made the app extremely slow and clunky. The look of the app on the screen is terrible it’s all over the place and looks unfinished. It’s also very slow and often unresponsive. Really not liking it at all
