I like it
The interface is a bit unclear at first but after a few days it’s fine. it’s simple but it’s not always clear what to do next

$79.99 is too much for anyone to pay in one go. Make it $7.99 monthly and you will have me as a member and you’ll make a little more each year from others choosing to join!
This app is helping me create and maintain healthy sleep patterns using cognitive behavioural therapy. Thank you Memo ☀️
I love this app. I knew I had some sleep problems but my iPhone just telling me how long I slept doesn’t really help me solve it. Memo on the other hand actively gives you a plan to stop feeling fatigue or go to sleep faster
Great
It’s a very good app to if you want to learn more about sleep and energy. I wish it wasnt a subscription and just a onetime purchase though
I struggle with depression and anxiety, so sleep plays a significant role in assisting me with my mental health, but it's always been a challenge for me.Memo has aided me in understanding more about myself like how many hours of sleep I require to function, how to replenish my energy levels with a regular sleep routine.
I downloaded Memo to attempt to fix my sleep over summer The issue I was faced with was the subscription cost due to my low income. So unfortunately I can’t subscribe but it was really good.
This has changed my relationship with sleep. Plus the customer support person is so kind and understanding!
I learnt about this app from an instagram ad. It looked intriguing & I knew I was sleep deprived so gave it a go. The app just basically gave me the accountability and ideas, like having a consistent bedtime, in order to actually feel better the next day
