Downloaded updated app but...

I’ve downloaded the new app and personalised the settings but every time I open the app it takes directs me to the App Store. I don’t have to download again but I have to open the app from the App Store. Pls fix. Jazakallah Khair

Glitch

In a moment of Anger I wrote scathing review about all the issues I’ve had with the app. I have seen a response from the developer to another user addressing an issue I also had. Although it would have been nice to have a direct response from the developer I understand glitches can occur and have decided to remove my old review with one that is more fair. Overall the app is good, provides good features, although I preferred the more simpler, faster, larger, user interface of the older version.

Please help

I purchase the full premium app a month ago and when I transferred all my apps from my iphone to ipad this app updated and suddenly I dont have access to the premium version.It keeps telling me to buy it again.When I try to restore purchases it gets stuck on loading forever.I feel like I paid for nothing.
