In the morning, before I wake up, thinking and seeing my thoughts is wonderful! By taking advantage of the fact that the brain is "plastic," we can facilitate learning, growth, and gradual change. Remember that with Mendi, you are effectively practicing focusing your attention on something specific for a brief duration. You can think of it as a form of meditation, with live visual feedback-where instead of wondering whether you're doing it right, Mendi can show it to you.
