MenHealth is the first of its kind uroflow (urine flow measurement) app for men who want to monitor their urinary health.
The app listens to your flow and generates valuable voiding data (flow, average flow, and voided volume) based on sound of urine hitting the toilet water.
The app is an FDA-cleared Class II medical device (510(k) number K142425) designed for men to measure maximum flow, average flow, and voided urinary volume. It also allows users to indicate leakages, track urine color, and monitor water intake.
These parameters show if there is any obstruction in the urinary system.

Impressive application
I have used the app and found it scientifically appealing especially that I can use and monitor the urinary function and bladder and any anomaly in the flow anytime I need. Would be great to check them against the lab works from doctor office when and if possible. Just impressed how the app converts the urine sound to something very useful and gives that spectrum.
Too many invalid results
I’m pretty observant about making sure the Wi-Fi is connected to the app, and the room and in suite bathroom are quiet. I’ve had probably 1/3 of the tests over three weeks come back as invalid and it couldn’t be recorded. Highly frustrating. There is a systemic problem with the app recording the information and then uploading it. Only reason to continue forward is my urologist wants me to.
So easy..

This app would have saved my father’s life and may save mine
My dad died of prostrate cancer because he didn’t detect the problem in time despite knowing about the possibility. If he’d had this app he might still be with us. I miss him terribly and I want to be around for my family a long time. Thank you, MenHealth, for making this…seriously
Not providing the desired information
The graph supposed to be generated is not taking place and urine volume is not accurately recorded
Almost perfect, but missing a notes section
Captures data quickly, how accurate, not sure, I have only used two toilets, and with one, the numbers come in much higher than the other. So I guess only use the same one for consistency? (Just not sure who's numbers to go with, upstairs or downstairs) since they are on different floors, it also makes things a little inconvenient. The app is missing a notes section, or check off box so you could capture other important data, like urgency, leakage etc. If you can add that feature, it would bump my review to five stars.

Great app and very useful. I came across this app by accident and decided to give it a try. The app is easy to use and navigate.
