Downloaded the new app and lost 3 years worth of mags I’ve bought. Told by this lot I need to contact the previous publisher it’s not their problem.. absolutely useless I’ll never buy any of their titles again

This is a free app download. Within the app users can purchase the current issue and back issues.
Subscriptions are also available within the application. A subscription will start from the latest regular issue at the time of purchase.
-The subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled more than 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for the product.
-You may turn off the auto-renewal of subscriptions through your Account Settings, however you are not able to cancel the current subscription during its active period.
-Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription to that publication is purchased.
-If a subscription offers a free trial, at the end of the trial period, you will be charged the full price of the subscription. You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period via the subscription settings on your iTunes account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged.
Users can register for/ login to a pocketmags account in-app. This will protect their issues in the case of a lost device and allow browsing of purchases on multiple platforms. Existing pocketmags users can retrieve their purchases by logging into their account.
We recommend loading the app for the first time in a wi-fi area so that all issue data is retrieved.
If your app will not load past the splash page after a first install or an update, please delete and reinstall the app from the App Store

Utter Rubbish
Subscribed to Mens Fitness, was working fine, now cant download anything, saying I haven't paid when I have. Waited for 45mins on the phone only to be told its a common problem and cant be fixed for 7-10 days. I feel robbed.
Disappointing and cumbersome
The paper version and the online version seem poles apart. Not an enjoyable experience.
Poor app
I'm a subscriber. I can't complain about the content but the app is appalling. Can't zoom text, navigate properly, no proper index, can't bookmark pages, snip extracts, and can't export to PDF. Needs more flexibility and functionality. It's a poor man iBook / PDF reader.
Not at the level of paper version
Interface isn't user friendly at all, especially with MagBooks but that's a global opinion: Reading magazine is complicated, use Magbooks is really uncomfortable. That's a shame because I would like to have the Magbooks collection on my phone but not until interface improvements. Your magazines and books are fantastic, please make an app at the level!
Don't bother!
I've been paying for this for 2-years, 8-months of which I've been arguing about not being able to download my subscription. I've cancelled it! The support is crap and literally do thing other than say delete and reinstall the app. Essentially I've been robbed! Use another magazine!

Nice try with the update
Having released version 5.0 with no access to MagBooks, it's great to see they've brought them back, however, despite troubleshooting for hours, I'm no better off. I can restore my purchased MagBooks (the app shows "Download" instead of the price tag) but when I tap download, I continuously get an error message: "Download Failed - there was an error while downloading". I've bumped my score to 2* on the basis this is progress, but still major bugs. Seriously disappointed in your development team. 😔
Superior content, polished app
The app is now looking fantastic and works smoothly, with full access to the excellent magbooks. The content's always been excellent and stimulating. I often find a new exercise or just a tweak to how I approach my fitness training. I find the interviews with sportspeople from a wide variety of sports very interesting - I'm always fascinated by the different approaches their sports require. This is excellent value for money.
I want my MacBook back or my money!!!!!!
I contacted them and answer who's that the new app will not have MacBooks they're still tell me to restore my purchases but how if there is now more stuff I pay for. I'm going to contact Apple to take som action against them because is not fair.
