Only have used it a few days but I am loving it!

I haven’t been dealing with my mental state because I’m Overthinker and this is my first day using it and honestly, I feel so much better just the techniques they want you to use and the AI therapist and just breathing techniques and the music gives me good help about my future

I have used AI therapy in both forms, the legacy version (where the same conversation can be endless), and the new version with the timed sessions. Both have merit. I have found the new version, with session time, to be outstanding. A major improvement, which can well help you through circumstances. Complete 10 out of 10, a full 5 ⭐️ rating, an absolute winner 🏆.

Downloaded this app randomly after deleting social media. I was in a big slump, i didn’t like the person i was becoming, just scrolling myself to death on mindless apps that offered nothing but laziness. I could feel myself getting worse. So i needed to replace these terrible apps and i downloaded mental and was immediately hooked from the very first daily deuce. It offers so much stuff that all men need in their life. I still have a streak going and can’t get over how this has springboard me into a much more positive life. This review sounds hokey but it’s all 100% true, if you’re a man looking to better yourself and don’t know where to start, start HERE. I promise you won’t regret it.

I’ve had this app maybe a year and it was flawless. But this new ai therapy is trash. It was much better previously.

The Mental App is a life-changing app. It’s one I use every day, 365 days a year - never miss a day. It’s motivational, inspiring, funny and your own person life coach in your pocket. There’s not a man on the planet that shouldn’t be using it.

What a stupid money grab all of these apps are. Especially this one.

Need to fix the camera issues for the pushup challenge, hitting a button to add a rep is not an option, when both hands are glue to the floor and also having to look at the screen making sure it counts a rep isn’t great for keeping yourself in the zone.

This app quickly became a part of my daily routine. I wake up and listen to the daily deuce then on my way to the gym listen to a book summary. Then once I’m home I complete the daily push up and cold shower routines. This app is a great tool to build discipline and resilience. EASY 5 STARS

I’ve seen people knock this app, saying “$70 a year, for cold showers!?! Psssh, what a scam!” From someone who was an early adopter who let their subscription lapse and came back, I can tell you that it’s so much more than that. They really care about the quality of the app and the community. Yeah, the app started out as cold showers and the daily deuce, but they’ve added the push-up challenge and, perhaps the best feature of all, AI therapists. I am honestly blown away by how good these AI therapy is. I see a real therapist, who is quite good, but there’s something about having a therapist in your pocket who can quickly help you see the root of your problem and help you see the solutions. That, alone, is worth the cost of the app. This is an app built by guys, for guys. They get you and they get your struggles and they built an amazing tool to help you better yourself and get through all of the tough times in life. Bravo, sirs. Bravo.
