This app is never working when I try to log in. It has caused many late fees and I can’t change the date of direct debt to match my wages. It has given me so much grief a bad credit rating. DONT bother using it. I just have to call EVERY time. In every review you just apologize and say call the Finance department. WHATS the Point!!!!!

Genuinely one of the worst apps I have ever used! 8 times out of ten you will try to log in and it states that “things don’t appear to be working” and you cannot see any of your finance details at all. If you do manage to get on the app it is the slowest you will ever deal with, doesn’t matter how fast your internet is, the app will slow down to a snail speed. Literally if I was just able to log on when I wanted and it wasn’t so slow, i would give 5 star rating but it is so frustrating to need info on my current loan but I can never actually get on

I have attempted to use this app quite a few times and as stated in title when you actually log in, it’s excellent tin terms of having all the information at hand. But, my issue is I guess I only manage to log in may be one in every 5-6 attempts. Today I can’t log in at all. I have the Merceds me app as well and sometimes logging out of it cures the log in issues, but this could be a guess, or my imagination working.

This app tells me that things aren’t working and to come back later 9 out of 10 times I try to log in.

It throws an error saying the contract doesn’t exist. I already have a physical copy of my contract for a while now, and all the information is correct.

This app crashes more times than it works. When it does work it’s slow to load the next page. I do like the graph that tells you repayments made and repayments remaining.

There is always error at login, this app is basically useless, don’t know why it has 4 stars.

I login and just get a “Request failed” message. Don’t tell me to call the 1300 number, just fix it. It’ll take a competent developer about 10 minutes.

This app has kept on crashing despite many reviews mentioning this problem over several months. I would expect this to have received the required level of attention for the brand reputation.

This app is the worst!!!!! Every week I can’t get in and when I do it shows me the wrong amount of money owing , I’m literally on the phone with them every week I’m over it
