Smart phone integration error
I bought the smartphone integration feature on the Mercedes me app, but my car is unable to connect. Despite talking to customer service on the phone and visiting the Dartford store, I was informed that there's no immediate solution. They suggested a full car diagnosis, which might cost over £400. This seems unreasonable to me. It appears to be a system issue or developer error, and I believe I shouldn't have to pay extra for a problem caused by your end.
