Merge Christmas - House Design

I do have to say I enjoy the game BUT there are some MAJOR flaws that take away from enjoyment of the game. The first is the fact that there is ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! So if you have a question or concern forget it. This is a forum page that can answer a FEW questions but again it’s not really active and questions stay unanswered. For instance when merging items or getting items to merge there are random purple chests that appear and then drop to the bottom of the screen never to be seen again. What are they, where do they go and why can’t you access them?? I have sent numerous support requests and nothing is ever answered. What’s the point of giving a bonus if you don’t know how to access it??? Second some items like the robot or the Christmas book take so long to merge to get and the wreath or toy bag gives out so little and take so long to get to produce those items it’s far too frustrating to take all that energy and time to get them. Again it’s a shame as I do enjoy the game but it needs some serious customer service and improvement.

Really enjoyed playing this game, but disappointed there are no more rooms, to keep playing and progressing.

After two days game stopped working.

I’ve been playing for about a week. I got it because it was Christmas themed. Well I’ve learned from playing it asks for multiple things from the same generator and they want some higher tier items and it just takes forever to get to them. I mean the game is alright but it’s hard to get what you need.

Was interesting for a while but once first room is complete, you can’t move on to the next room. Support is useless, after 6 week I finally got a response and their advise was, “ you can move on to the next room”, no I can’t. I’m about to delete the game but I first wanted to post this review.

Why can I not delete/sale dressers? Do not need 14 of them…

We should be able to delete or sell producers and parts…especially that door hinge. And we should be able to see all the challenges that need to be done for a level so we can strategize better. And extra slots should be cheaper. Also, game is stuck . On Yeti’s Cave…doing a spin…chose double rewards…it’s stuck on an ad for Monopoly. No x in the upper right corner. Tried installing Monopoly…didn’t work. Nothing there now to press…just a frozen screen.

Good: Uh, it’s sort of Christmas themed? Bad: Play is terrible and slow. Asks for things from the same generator all at once, so you end up with nothing to do but wait for the generator. The customization options all require ads or coins, which leads to a quick delete. Just a poor effort with this one.

Your game is a lot of fun, when obtaining objects. However, when getting to the end of a room and having to get the gingerbread house, it’s gets so boring trying to get the Santa bag over and over again and then trying to get to the gingerbread house it takes days of doing it. I think there should be less of the objects obtained before getting the gingerbread house.

I don’t like that you can’t sell producers or the items that you merge to make the producers. That forces you to place them in your storage, which forces you to use coins just to have somewhere to move the item off of your main board so that you can actually play the game. I appreciate not being able to accidentally delete them, but it would be better if you could sell them and just have a pop up asking if you’re sure you want to do that before it’s gone for good. Other than that, it’s an ok enough game.
