Soon enough Elsa realized that the manor she had purchased will require a lot more renovation that she had initially thought. The mansion was far from free and she was greatly deceived with the deal she was offered, but she took it anyway. Perhaps you can turn it into a beautiful designer building together with our heroine!
But the mansion games are not as simple as just decorating houses and taking care of the garden. There is another hotel in town, the owner of which is determined to eliminate all competition. To make it work, Elsa has to take up interior design and home design, renovate every single room, welcome guests and earn enough money to start her own hotel network. Are you up for the challenge?
Another plot twist that Elsa wasn’t ready for is the “curse of hoteliers” that hangs over the city for many years. Nobody’s decor skills have been able to lift it, so Elsa will be the next one to try. Only she can unravel the tangle of intrigues and bring the hotel to prosperity! Game is keep on crashing
This game the resource file is keep on not found and cnt open the game. Didnt hv any issue until recently after some sort of update
Ruined the UI
Made one of the worst changes known to man by removing the ability to combine items like batteries, bells, cameras and scissors. Now they take up heaps of space when previously they’d all fit neatly into storage. They’ve made it unplayable with such a small grid. Fix it.
Camera and bell merges
Really annoyed that I can’t merge these items anymore. Please bring it back. I won’t be spending another cent without this feature as you can’t get anywhere
Boring now
When I first started playing it, it was fun, but now it takes so long for you to get anywhere. The gems and energy are so over priced I refuse to buy any. I have now found better games that don’t cost the earth!!

This game gets more ridiculous by the day. They keep taking things away. The rewards diminish so much that you literally get 1 energy now as a prize. It’s not worth my human energy to play what is now a ridiculous game . Developers refuse to listen to the players. Collecting cards is impossible to win now even when you spend money I am so over this game which is a shame because I was playing every day but it’s no longer worth investing my energy and time. Also the shops spin for ages as you sit there and wait even if you spent money on the game it causes aggravation (not fun) just let us play jeeze !!!!Listen to your players or lose them. Done. EDIT: I disagree with you and you always give these kinds of answers. I have been playing a long time, I’m a good player and it isn’t possible to finish the card collections anymore, it used to be. The fact is that you don’t know how to keep the game fun and engaging and your Facebook comments show this as the customer base are constantly telling you that but you keep ignoring us and giving false answers like you care and take it into consideration which is a lie because you just keep taking things away. 1 or 2 energy isn’t worth moving my finger for. You are destroying the game with poor choices.
