The game used to ne amazing, but the new update looks bad and makes playing way more complicated. The board looks smaller which makes it harder to look for things without straining your eyes. Plus, the inventory doesn't work anymore; i try to put things in but it doesn't work, even if there are empty slots.

At first I was happy to finally get an update and it had the potential to be really good but only if you pay money. Can’t play for long without money. Plus the plinko option is gone so earning jewels is next to impossible.

They put ads back into the game after I paid to remove

After update they got rid of my ad free game that I paid 17 dollars for. When I contacted support they told me they could not restore it due to “technical issues”. With ads this game is an absolutely miserable experience. Don’t bother.

An ad every couple minutes

I really like this game, the characters are cute and it's a fun way to spend time on the road between jobsites. It's to the point though where I am watching more ads in between job sites than I am playing the game. Literally every couple minutes you have to watch an ad. I checked the time from one ad to the next and every 2 minutes you have to watch another ad. I don't mind ads, it's a free game so I should have to watch some commercials but I think this many ads is a bit too much

I get way too many ads while playing this game. I’ve probably watched over 300 ads so far because of how often they appear. These ads literally ruin the entire game. It’s ridiculous. And don’t tell me to purchase the “No Ads” feature because I am NOT giving any money to this stupid game. Also, the overall gameplay of Merge Hotel gets boring. It’s repetitive and simply isn’t appealing at all. I would also like to mention that I’m trying to fix the soda machine within 12 days for a reward with another app— however, I’m afraid that I won’t be able to in time. I’m currently on day 10 and I don’t think that I’ll be able to fix the soda machine because I’m only on foor 4 (the soda machine is on floor 5). What a waste of time. This is super frustrating.
