I have now deleted the game. I spent more time logging back in and replaying what I had just done before the game crashed. I used to really enjoy this game. But not anymore and I’m almost ready to quit. Game crashes every time you log on right in the middle of something. I have lost energy, coins, and my place in the game. I sure will never pay for anything. Customer service from what I hear is a joke so I don’t even bother.
I have played this game for a long time and I love it. The three starts is for the lack of recognition of problems in the game. It will shut down on you in the middle of game play. And instead of figuring out on their end how to fix it they blame the user for now having new enough tech.
In the yrs I have played this game I have never had an issue with purchases when it comes to a Festival pass until recently. Dec 18th I purchased a pass didn’t receive the Golden ticket pass. It seems payment was pending thru the Apple Store. That said payment went thru Dec 22 and I still don’t have access to the Golden Pass. I reached out to support and they claim it’s Apple Store that has not processed the payment but I have the receipt confirmation. I reached to support again - apparently it takes 72hrs for response. Let’s see what happens
The game is great and I liked playing it; however, I purchased a monthly package and it was never provided. Tried to reach out multiple times to get either the package or a refund and they went radio silent on my request. I understand that these things happen however stopping communication is not understandable when it could have been a simple fix.
This is one of my favorite merge games, but it’s frustrating that you’re limited on the amount of storage space. Why are we still collecting coins when there is nothing to really use them for?

I absolutely love this game and play on a daily basis. There are two changes I wish for, first, bingo happens way to often and the high level requirements and low participation means that you basically have to give up on your own needs and can’t finish any areas. That would be fine if the bingo event didn’t happen so frequently. Second, it takes a huge amount of coins to buy storage. If a storage spot costs 225,000 coins and most items sell for 12, it’s nearly impossible to get them. I think that drives away customers.
