The app is not okay. Been waiting for almost hour and still the app is not opening. I recorded it but unfortunately i can’t place a video here. Please fix now.

Ad-free game but little unfair

I really appreciate that this game doesn’t force you to watch ads or give unfair advantages to those who do. It keeps the experience smooth and enjoyable. However, I’ve noticed that paying players get such a significant edge that free players can feel left out. I hope the developers find a better balance to keep things fair for everyone.

Crash

I dont know why, but i already finish my maze area, and yhe next one will be the conservatory area. It says u can unlock it but when i click it it says unlock, but the area its not showing.

Loooooong wait

You need to spend money for this game, otherwise your going to get anxiety. Dont get too hooked. The waiting time gets longer and longer. What a disappointment, could’ve been a good game.

when you almost done with the task and then it will force closed. hahahaaha funny. i’m deleting it. PEACE. LOL

Takes too loooooooong

From what i know and experienced playing this game. I know the higher level your item is, the lesser time you have to wait for it to reproduce. It saves me my hourglass for more important usage like, it is a very big help when you have unlimited energy. But now, with the new update. It is taking too looooooooong to wait. It cost me my hourglass and don’t wanna waste my available unlimited energy for it is not worth it. Even on the regular energy. For example, all your task items are from cabinet but it takes 3hours just to be ready again. You can watch ad to less 30mins, like yeah, as if it helps. Even if it became ready, just few taps, you have to wait again for another 3hours. Sarcastically it saves energy ant time cause you’ll not be playing again. The long wait will eat up your limited time of “unlimited energy” too. Hope they thought about it much before making this update. My joy playing this game slowly fades for too much waiting. Players will lose their patient or forgot about the game existence because of too much waiting. Unlike before that you can play longer. If this doesn’t change, i might look for something else worthy to play. I also notice rewards being given are rarely now after the update. Before if it asks you or your task is a higher level item or a max item, you surely know it will have a reward in the end like a chest, hourglass, etc. It make sense before because max item requires a lot of energy and time. So meh! 🤷🏻‍♂️ Even the chat support said it was already fixed but it’s still worst. 😩

Too long for items to load, and it just gives minimal items. You will be wasting all your time waiting.

Been enjoying this game. Tho I think it's high time that they make the special items available for purchase. Like the scissors. Please consider cutting down on the waiting time for items that have lightning symbol. 2024 feedback: it gets boring with less simultaneous tasks!

App keeps crashing

I really love the game but app keeps on crashing multiple times. My phone is just 3 months old and I haven't experience any problem with the other app. Already tried to re-install the game but app keeps on crashing. please fix this issue as I really love the game
