Bad support
I have been playing a GreenPixel game a few months now and I have been pretty consistent, almost every day. The daily quest has never been less than 24h. The event resets around noon my time, that’s usually when I play. A few days ago there was some sort of issue and the event, which was active and had 15 hours left, did not register my progress so it didn’t give me the stars. Support is claiming that the event times change and that I wasn’t paying attention…even though I opened the event to see what prizes were that day. Support is obviously lying, didn’t offer any sort of solution. I regret spending any money on this app. I will avoid all apps from this developer.
