what happened that my game disappeared. when i enter is it starting again?

One of my favorites

But keeps crashing in this new update I cant even begin to play I had some issues where I lost some keys due to poor internet connection in the past but you guys never replied and I got tired of asking help 🤒 So yeah, you have an amazing game but poor relationship with the player
