Needs an Update

Special events will not load. My internet is not the issue as every other device in this house works perfectly.

I have been playing this game for a while and I love it. The special events won’t load for me now and there is nothing wrong with my internet. It’s a shame because the special events are the main reason I play. They are the one thing that makes this game better than merge dragons.

Sometimes the special event won’t load even tho I have super fast internet

Game doesn’t work properly

I was enjoying the game but it’s impossible to play when every screen change it wants you to enter codes to save local data because it won’t connect to the internet. It’s sad because this is a deterrent-not sure I’ll continue playing if they can’t get it together.

Would B 5 Stars

I would give 5 stars but it costs WAY too much money to play this game. The graphics are amazing and the game is fun. However the cost of diamonds is way too expensive and you shouldn’t have to spend diamonds on everything, we have coins allows us spend those at a responsible cost. You run out space because you cannot afford to open chests because you cannot afford $100.00 every time you need to buy diamonds and they want you spend money in every event which is every couple of days. They need to lower the price of the diamonds. I already have a lot of money invested in the game so far to leave which makes it hard for me to walk away but not sure how far I will get without being able to buy anymore diamonds.

Ended up deleting this game

I initially was enjoying the game and made it to level 127 and couldn’t get past the level. I was frustrated for several weeks and the FAQs/settings weren’t helpful AT ALL. Deleted the game and will find a different merge game to download.

Review

I love this game, I can play for hours without realizing how much time has gone by. The only thing I don’t like about it is when I need assistance from customer service they are very slow about replying, more than once I have paid for gems or a merge challenge without receiving what I paid for and it is a hassle getting customer service to help out

Love but not working,

I really love this but since last update the game freezes while doing the tutorial for some new in game. Keep rebooting and nothing works!

I used to like it

I got the giant bookcase in the wizard event but it won’t unlock the last misty patch. I emailed the support team and they never replied.

So!!! I absolutely love this merge game. But! My current experience is extremely frustrating to the point that, I unfortunately have to resort to posting a review. ….I’m sure I’ve spent over $200 on extras with in the last 7 months. Who knows all together. I’ve spent countless hours playing, merging and collecting rewards, super excited to see the next level up on items. Well, that all disappeared when I tried to download the game on my iPad instead of on my iPhone. Larger screen, larger screen…. And a happier consumer? Yes?! Nope: Doing so, my progress, purchases and any extras earned, disappeared on both device platforms. Yet, when I log into the “creator” Site, it shows all my purchased items. As well as my iCloud account…. Hmmmm? I have reached out, now 3 times, via email, phone and “Contact Us”. I don’t want to have a refund, I would like my account restored to where it was at the same progress level. I HOPE THIS IS READ, ACKNOWLEDGED, CORRECTED AND PREVENTED FROM FUTURE OCCURRENCES.
