This game is awesome and so much fun but I think the price to add jelly should be like 10/5$ but expect from that the game is no ordinary it’s really cool I love I would 100% recommend you to play this when your stressed 😍😍😍

Lacking in customer service

Really enjoying playing this game but customer service is non existent I’ve emailed four times to ask questions but not once have I had a reply. No instructions on how to advance on the game, work it out for yourself. Word of warning. The new doesn’t seem to be anyway to gain rubies unless you buy them. Seems strange that on some of the quests I came first several times but the “cash” reward was 2k for first place yet 20k for second place! No explanation as to why. Could be better with some communication

So I can no longer merge after level 42? I’ve maxed out the currency rewards so what now? Theirs no point to the game …. The new update is shockingly bad. And the new event is no use to people in higher levels. For instance you need to collect 10 gold jellies but how are we supposed to do that when we no longer get them due to upgrading jelly? Honestly was their any thought that went into it? Really do not recommend this game. I spent money so I wouldn’t have to watch an ad every 60 seconds I also spent money on refilling bucket because we have to wait a minute per jelly! That’s 10 minutes of gaming then having to wait 200! This use to help my autism when I was over stimulated and now it’s just so bad it’s not worth playing? If you have time to add pointless events you’ve got time to produce more levels because I’ve put all this time and money into a game I’ve finished and theirs nothing more??

i really like this game, but it gets rather annoying when you sell your jellys and end up with 500 million in your bank which you cant use for anything. what im saying is that we need more to spend cash/bucks on. more room then 750 in game, or even the old upgrade system back..? x

Can’t play in the areas without WiFi

Can’t play during travelling when there is no WiFi or out in public spaces that don’t have WiFi. What good is a game on a portable device when the game doesn’t work most of the time.

I love it

I love the game. It’s one of my favourite games to play but I warn you it’s very addictive there might be ads but I really really love this game. It’s one of my favourite games ever it’s so fun. basically, there’s these like jelly and it’s fun because you like merge them together and you get like gold silver and like bronze and it’s really fun to do I said fun a lot but really it’s really fun. but one thing they have like extreme bundles and it’s like 4999 or something I’m not really sure but they always are on my screen and it’s a bit annoying but otherwise amazing game really suggest it

I was up to level 39 Kelly and maxed out in most things then it restarted my progress

Wish the events were optional..

Loved this game to start! Really like being able to watch the jelly merge and I find this game very relaxing… until they added all these new ‘events’. In other games I play which have events or limited time offers, there is the option to not take part, or they time out or have an X in the corner to close them. The events in this game are now constant, dropping new emojis, gems etc depending on the theme of the event and there is no way to close out or get rid of them. I find the addition of these things other than jelly overstimulating and really wish I could opt out so I could keep playing the game with ease.

The game was SOOO good till they updated it, I liked it much better when you can’t run out of jelly.
