Just updated and it won’t load at all?? It’s almost like glitching

Since the new update it will not load at all.

Why does the “free energy raffle” now give me diamonds and coins instead of energy! Super disappointing. That was a bad update. Energy is the commodity here. Please change it back to energy only prizes.

This game is one of my go-tos. However, I’ve been experiencing recent glitches. When I go to merge the wheat straws together, there has been two occurrences now where there is one that I can’t merge together so I have to remove it. Another thing that I’ve experienced is a glitch with the daily raffle. There have been a couple of times when I’ve gotten 100 energy and they won’t go into my energy “bar”. My app doesn’t need to be updated, so how can I fix this? Other than those hiccups, I’ve been loving this game!

There’s a major glitch with a lucky raffle lately. Multiple times I have chosen lucky raffle, awarded 100 points. Go to continue mining and it says I have no points. Other glitches include things that I earned and we’re gone when I came back the next time I open the game. Also, it seems the only way you can really advance is if you spend a lot of money! It said it was a free game and I’m taking it at its word and only using the free portion. But it’s beginning to be really boring and I’m not really sure how I can ever advance from where I am without putting money into it. It’s not really a free game if you can’t advance without buying stuff. Updated to add that I received a response saying you updated us about the changes to the lucky raffle via the in app email. Ummm, bonuses what you’re talking about. No email In the game that I’m aware of. Maybe you can just include this email that was shared, in your response?

I loved this game but I keep having so many problems with the raffles to earn my free energy or diamonds and not receiving them. It’s getting really annoying. Please fix this!!!

Game is used to be fun to play but all recent updates are to get more money from you. Be prepared to spend a lot of $$$. I also do not see anything new being added what makes it not exciting anymore. Events are being rotated. All enhancement are to encourage more spending and to reduce rewards.

Nothing in the ads shows that the interesting puzzle is locked behind a mythical world merge game. I’m going to assume all your game ads are misleading and not bother even downloading the game based on the ad.
