Good but expensive game
The game is amazing but the diamonds are VERY expensive plus the items you buy with diamonds are very expensive .also you don’t get any free diamonds in the game when completing quests

Dolls invisible
So, some of my new dolls are invisible and when I click on them they are pink!!! What’s going on!!
Fun but annoying
I been playing this game for a very long while. For the most part, I like it but I think that when you touch an object then search for a place to put it, it shouldn’t move when you’re moving the terrain looking for that spot. I guess that’s just me 🤷🏽♀️
Floating island/ museum
Don’t get me wrong I liked floating island ( note liked) but when they changed the number of logs to 500 or a lot more to clear a space that’s crazy and no one has 24hr a day to try to get that many. In like 3 to 4 floating island games I have spent close to 2000 diamonds of not more and never got a single island finished no more floating island for me till they lower the log number down to a reasonable number. As for the museum I been every where in game and can not find a museum box so where are they? Other then that I luv Mergical but floating island is making me want to delete and not play no more

Dolls
Hello, I have been playing a while and I like the game. However I do wish we had the opportunity to get dolls that are left over from challenges and past events. I have so many dolls that I have two off and was never able to get 3. Maybe we can add an option in the shop to get dolls from past challenges.
Terrible app support!
I love the game and play a lot but the support for the game is nonexistent. They used to have good in game support, now they just ignore us. They send you off to Discord or tell you to write them an email, but still it gets ignored. They have had an error for months where dolls just vanish and they’re doing nothing to fix it.

In the cube maze on level 8 there only 2 cubes fix this pls

Love the game
I’ve been playing this game for a very long time an I absolutely love the characters. I love the challenges. I have a bunch of dolls that I can’t get mates for. I think it would be beneficial to be able to delete the dolls that you can’t get mates for so that you can free up land on your island because I’m running out of land, and I have way too many dolls.
