Meridian 157 Reviews

Awesome Game

I have been searching for a game similar to Myst, a game that I’ve played growing up both with my brother and father. I cherished that game. The Meridian game series is a true gift and honor to play as it is very similar to Myst. Please keep making more games like this! Additionally, as a Software/Firmware Engineer I truly appreciated the game and the puzzles especially the one with the chessboard, as I’m also an avid chess player. Black had mate in one, but hard to tell if white/red could have check his/her way to a mate as well. If you are looking for an additional developer, please reach out. Though am still employed so would need to think about it lol.

I’ve Turned!

Super puzzles, story and graphics. I also had trouble with the stacked boxes puzzle in Chapter 3. But, it wasn’t because of a bug. I got too immersed in the game and turned into one of those things. I look in the mirror now and see a dark form with funny looking hands. How do I get back to normal, Dude?

Still not compatible with ios

Even though there is at least one review from a year ago saying the exact problem. The stupid boxes. The panel on the door does not work, the buttons are supposed to toggle on/off so you can select where the light colored boxes are but they are UNRESPONSIVE. An update six months ago for “bug fixes” but they didn’t fix the ONE BUG reported here in the app reviews. Devs don’t read these reviews anyway, or they don’t respond of they do, so whatever. I just wasted $4 on a useless game I can’t play.

Awesome!

Over all I thoroughly enjoyed the ride. The visuals and story were well thought out and beautifully done. Thank you!

Well Done!

Really enjoyed this series! (Totally freaked out by the silhouettes, by the way.) I did need guidance on one or two puzzles, but over four parts, I’m fine with that. Already started the new game, and it looks just as promising! Nice work!

Bravo.

Team, you captured the essence of what games like Myst and Riven so good, with a storyline that is totally unique and engaging. I had a blast playing through. Bravo! Can’t wait to see what you dream up next.

Hours of fun

Great game! Story was interesting but not overly complex. Puzzles mostly not super hard, although I did need to look up a few hints here and there . Game had many rooms and levels to explore. I felt you really got your moneys worth. Occasionally some of the traveling back and forth got a little bit tedious, but really not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. Thanks for a fun time!

I was ADDICTED!

Absolutely loved this game! It was so well thought out, even the storyline had me hooked. The only downfall is that it ended and there aren’t any more chapters. :( I am definitely looking forward to anything NovaSoft comes out with. GREAT GAME!

Next Level…OMG

Please put out more of these…hard as hell…but Wowzer. This blows every adventure puzzles out of the water. Graphics, storyline and I the fact I haven’t thought this much EVER shoots this series as #1. I stumbled along the way to the point of giving up…the EUREKA moments kept me motivated to keep going. The camera was brilliant thinking on your part. I deleted the maps as I entered a new area… a mistake I won’t repeat. When is the next game release, because I am 100% gonna play it?!

Much thanks

This has been a very interesting game to play. The puzzles although difficult at times were very fun to work out even though at times I had a little help. I look forward to the next adventure.
