Please resolve the weeks long login loop issue. Credentials work for app <> app linking but not for basic Merit app login.

I can’t login and it won’t send me the password reset link

This new updated app works just fine and is easy to use. No big deal to delete the old app.

I’ve been using the Merit application for several months now, and it truly enhances my ability to manage and track my licenses efficiently.

Forced into downloading an entirely new app from the old one, for its “updated” version. And then my password did not work, and when I clicked reset and got the email from the new app, my Norton security scanned it as a message that has been used to steal personal information. Just go old school with your licenses. Use paper.

Makes no sense to make a different app when the previous one worked just fine and there’s basically no difference between this and the old one. Apart from this one being broken and doesn’t keep you signed in.

I do not get it. The app just redirects to the website and I have to sign in again. It’s useless.
