It's backwards and not user friendly. Still have to call in for information that should be able to access in the app.

Harder to use than the old app. Really not a fan of this layout or how it’s set up. And stop asking me for my location every single time I open app. I hit no each time. Why is there not an option to not ask me again. This is so annoying

The save the username button doesn’t work properly, also overnight the balance will change back to the amount that was previously deposited not quoting the correct bal.. which could potentially cause overdraft!

This app is basically unusable on my iPhone 14 Pro Max after the recent iOS update. I keep getting error messages when trying to use the app. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling and it still work work

Not the best, glitches often.

…the worst banking app I’ve ever used. The terrible online experience is the main reason I stopped using this credit union as my main financial institution, and then they upgraded to a new app and it only got worse. Non-stop issues with doing the most basic things like transferring. It’s clunky and I have a difficult time believing that anyone used/tested this and then gave it two thumbs up. I have a savings account at a tiny credit union in another state and they have an app that runs circles around this one, and they only have 20 employees. Do better, Meritrust! There are examples of excellent banking experiences everywhere you look.

Great experiences with the credit union, but I miss the old app. Certain things were more difficult than it needed to be, but it worked well and looked nice. This new app has looked outdated from day one, and still does. And the things that were difficult to do in the old app, are just as difficult in this one.

I’ve been having problems with the app for quite awhile now. And honestly, I miss the old one. This app is not as user friendly, the website is a copy paste of it. I tried to login via safari because I can’t see my accounts and it just takes me to the app (where I’m having all of the issues).

Since the latest update the app crashes to the home screen on any action. Transfer, view account, anything at all, instant crash. The app is completely unusable at the moment.

Recent updates cause the app to crash any time I do anything other than log in. There is no way to report it as when I try it will not let me.
