Login is looping

After I picked the kid account, I login to my Facebook account to authorise the device, then I chose the kid on the device… it shows the “pick your account” page again!

Please fix this

Somehow I can't change group names now and that's same as my friends. And also whenever someone calls in a group is rings everyone, then if someone joins, it rings everyone again. Please fix these two problems, it's really getting annoying for me. Thanks

Screen time

I’m unable to set screen time on messenger kids via Apple’s screen time function (I can for adult messenger). Besides controlling the sleep schedule on messenger kids, I also need to set restriction on how much time my kid spends on messenger kids but I cannot. This function is available on most other apps. Pls check & advise how if it’s possible, thx.

Wth???

I downloaded and there’s many game,it’s lovely. But I accidently deleted so I downloaded it again but all the game is gone not even one left

My password is right but it wont let me log in.

Flawed app

Update 9/3: chats now show on main screen. However I cannot use chinese writing to send message in Chinese as I do in other apps. Can this be fixed? Can a function be added so I can choose which game can my kids play in the app? Original:Unable to use it on iPhone. Chats don’t show up on main screen. I have no idea who sent the messages unless I check the friends one by one (using the create new chat function)

Not suitable for iPad

Great parental controls. But does not adjust to portrait position
