Finally I found WhatsApp on my iPad
I usually don’t leave reviews, but after my experience with this so-called “WhatsApp” app, I feel the need to warn others. This app is a complete scam, and it’s incredibly misleading. I downloaded this app thinking it was the real WhatsApp after seeing an ad that looked very convincing. However, as soon as I opened it, I realized something was off. The design was completely different from the authentic WhatsApp app, with poorly designed icons and an unfamiliar interface that didn’t even resemble WhatsApp’s sleek, user-friendly layout. The worst part is that the app was full of constant pop-up ads. Every time I tried to send a message, an ad would pop up and make the whole experience frustrating and unpleasant. It took longer to do anything, and the app lagged severely. In addition, I started noticing that my phone was acting strangely – apps were crashing, and my phone seemed to be running slower than usual. On top of that, the app requested excessive permissions that were totally unnecessary. It asked for access to my contacts, messages, location, and even my camera and microphone. This raised major red flags. Why does a simple messaging app need access to my camera and microphone unless it’s trying to gather personal data or listen in on my conversations? The app didn’t even offer any of the security features that WhatsApp is known for, like end-to-end encryption. I decided to investigate further, and it turns out that this is a fake version of WhatsApp, not affiliated with the real company at all. It’s a copycat app designed to steal your personal data, and the "reviews" praising it are most likely fake as well. There’s no way this app should have a 4.5-star rating. After seeing the warnings online about similar fake apps, I immediately uninstalled it. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this app. If you’re looking for WhatsApp, always download it from the official app store (Google Play or the Apple App Store) to ensure you’re getting the genuine version. This fake app is dangerous, deceptive, and potentially harmful to your privacy and security. Please report it if you come across it to help prevent others from falling into the same trap!
Most of the time it just displays blank screen where you can’t do anything to activate it and then 1/10 times i open it it works normally. I’d stay away from it if i were you
