The highest point represents your maximum level you can achieve and the lowest displays your minimum possible level in each category. The level you are currently at is set by evaluating yourself. Start by setting your goals at the lowest Star-category rating, you will be surprised as to how much your life is changing when you achieve that goal.
• Goal tracker. MeStar helps you in setting your goals using the S.M.A.R.T. format and pre-determined templates. You can always make your own goal. If you can dream it you can achieve it. Once the goal is clear, you can add milestones in the form of tasks as well as set deadlines to motivate you further. This aspect helps in pushing you to keep working towards your dreams, as well as open your eyes to the topics and areas you forgot, neglected or were simply unaware of in the past. Update your progress as you go and review how many you have left to achieve it.
• Coaching. If you know what you want and you still haven’t achieved it, you might need some extra support. The coaching section is divided into three parts: Ai Chatbot and Professional Coaching in the form of either an Express 10-min session using the best coaching practices or a full 45-minute session with the pre-booked 1-on-1certified coach. We have a wide range of coaches, each specializing in certain aspects of career, business, or life coaching. MeStar would provide you with some insights using real coaching sessions experience.
