There is no 3D view, this is a text-only viewer.

This is no mobileSL/OpenSim, it is a viewer for mobile devices but it has the same system requirements than any other viewer.

Add accounts from different worlds with different start locations
See your friendlist, read messages or write, send teleport invite
Add/Remove friends
Chat with groups, see group infos or write group notices
Chat in open world
Move around a mini-map, teleport to landmarks
See your inventory/worn, preview textures or pictures, send items
Attach/Wear/Detach/TakeOff Clothes
Enter/leave groups
Add friends/invite/pay/remove

You need to create accounts for each world you want to enter before MetaChat can use them.

Informations and passwords are only stored local on your device and send to the servers. We do not read, store, manage or use any of these informations.

Good for chatting

It is good to chat but the app doesn‘t run in the background. So it is impossible to turn the display off without getting logged out. Please fix ist

Sehr kurzlebig

App stürzt immer noch schnell ab. Kaum möglich etwas damit anzufangen. Schade.

Geld Verschwendung

Vom unmöglichen Kontrast der Farben (weiß auf hellgrau ......) ganz abgesehen ist es weder möglich die Gridliste zu bearbeiten noch ist es möglich neue Grids hinzu zufügen. Die App stürzt kommentarlos ab.

Liebevoll gemachte App...

... die auf meinem iPad 2017 keinen Millimeter mehr läuft. Schade, da ich weiß, wieviel Zeit und Liebe der Entwickler hier investiert. Im Augenblick kann ich leider keine Empfehlung geben. Update: Stürzt auch auf dem iPhone ständig ab. IM gehen dabei verloren.

Verbesserungsbedürftig

App stürzt oft ab. App läuft nicht im Hintergrund. Anklicken von Bereiche (wie z.B.Chat) reagiert oft nicht.

Alphaversion

Oje... Also das UI ist schonmal optisch ne grauselige Katastrophe, wie kommt man z. B. auf dunkle Schrift auf blauem Hintergrund? Es war klar, dass der Leistungsumfang der App sehr eingeschränkt ist und auch dass sich der Entwickler mit von Second Life selbst verursachten Beschränkungen und Bugs herumzuschlagen hat - das kritisiere ich nicht. Warum werden aber nicht einmal Profile vollständig angezeigt (diverse Tabs)? Und dass die App irgendwann bei fast jeder Verwendung abstürzt, nervt sehr und macht sie fast unbenutzbar. Dazu kommt, dass man als Anwender merkwürdige Fehlermeldungen so durchgereicht bekommt, wie sie die App intern erhält; so etwas sollte der Programmierer für Anwender anständig aufbereiten anstatt andauernd bei bei Hinweisen 4 Ausrufezeichen hintereinander zu verwenden - ein einziges reicht. Die Zusammenarbeit mit einem UI Designer ist dringend zu empfehlen, wie gesagt, optisch ist die App ein Graus.

Bug fixes?

Die App ist an sich ganz okay. Typisch text viewer halt. Was mir absolut quer sitzt, sind die Abstürze. Wird es noch Verbesserungen geben?
