Help and Support are really Bad
I have been playing since it was launched here in North America Server. At first i say, that this is an enjoyable game and I didn’t mind spending money, but for the past 2 months, i have a bunch of issues that I raised on their support. At first they will have a generic reply, then they will reply to you and ask for proof for receipt and purchase order. But after that, they will keep you hanging and if you dont send them a follow up in 2-days they will just going to close the ticket without giving solutions and addressing the issue. I spent around $8k usd till last week, but last week after spending around $60 the Ruby that i bought are not going to my game account. Again like my previous inquiry to them, i have submitted the required documents and proof and still not getting the things that i paid for. Looks like this is CONTRA 2.0. Another failing Gotcha game after few months from its launching data coming from the same developers.
