App is a waste. It’s just a money grab. You can’t use the services on here unless you watch an ad or subscribe to the app. They say it’s a “free trial & you can cancel at anytime” but we all know what that means.. Don’t waste your time.

Every time I try to make an estimate for a trip, the app crashes and closes. I refreshed the app and tried again, deleted the app and reinstalled it, checked my location permissions, and it still doesn’t work. I need to give my customers estimates on their fares, but this problem is preventing me from doing so. Please fix this.

You need to review your updates prior to releasing in the App Store for auto updates. Last two updates have left me unable to use custom rides. Strike three and I’ll be done.

i stumbled across this app from watching a video that someone was doing Rideshare and running his own ride service, after giving it a try I am totally in love with it!! I wish I would've learned about this app long time ago when I started my own ride service back in 2019, as a independent driver this is very useful and SUPER affordable for someone who doesn't want to spend $50/monthly on an app or deal with pesky activation fees from other providers. I recommend going to Meter's discord server for more direct support from the community and the owner himself.

If you’re running a taxi service you need this app in your life. It’s everything you need to run your business, great interface and awesome features. Super happy this exists.

Hello I really love your app …which I normally use for my clients when am not using the Uber driver app …but have notice in your app now that the Uber side on your doesn’t work anymore in Lagos Nigeria…just want know why

The display should not show to customers what fare model is being used . IE: Uber x Uber black etc . Also more receipt fare should be clear
